All orders are shipped the following business day. You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after placing it. You will also receive a follow up email once your order ships. Orders may take between 1-3 business days for delivery. (Excluding Holidays & Weekends)
If there is any issue with the delivery of your shipment, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and tracking information. Our response time to your inquiry will be between 24 - 48 hours.
All sales are final. Refunds are not eligible at this time.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any item being requested for an exchange MUST be returned within 14 days of receiving product. We are not responsible for lost return items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like , custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Starting an exchange
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
